I hope that this message finds you all safe and healthy! It has been over two weeks since we served meals to you, our guests. We have used that time to make sure that our team and our families are safe and healthy and we are! I speak for the entire WIG team in saying that we miss you. We miss seeing and serving you! We miss each other as well! I have taken these past two weeks to evaluate not only should we move forward, but also how can we move forward in the safest manner possible? The first priority was to insure to the best of our ability that we were not unknowingly jeopardizing the health of each other or any of our guests. Our two plus weeks of quarantine and yours has eased those fears.
We are ready to get back to work and, not knowing what the future holds for us, we are going to start transforming and adapting as best we can with our current situation! We are deemed an essential service and thus want to be able to continue to be of service to our guests! You all have been so overwhelmingly supportive during this tremendously difficult time – thank you! We have heard you loud and clear and we are here for you! Your encouragement and well wishes mean more than we can say.
This Wednesday(5/27) – Saturday(5/30), we will have dinner service available on a pre‐order basis and curbside service only.
Additionally, this Wednesday(5/27) – Friday(5/29), we will have lunch service available for pre‐order and curbside service as well.
We will move forward with a limited menu that will change weekly. We look forward to being able to serve our entire menu again when it makes sense, but know that now is not the time. We will continue to be creative and innovative in providing our service and taking care of your needs! We will accomplish this with the highest level of safety, care, concern and sanitation to keep all of us healthy and out of harm’s way.
